1. Where is O'grace jewellery sourced from?
The silver jewellery gifts at ogracejewellery.com are sourced direct from the silver craftsmen and women of Bali. As we deal direct with the silver artists of the hilltribes peoples we ensure that they get the full market price for their pieces and we pay them straight away.
They are very excited about selling their pieces to different places around the world and it benefits their families by providing a more regular income. We never ask them to repay the money for any piece that is returned, so you don't have to worry if you send a piece back. This arrangement enables you to select from the most authentic jewelry designs at affordable prices, made exclusively in Indonesia and not readily available anywhere else, right from your desktop!
2. I see you sell only handmade jewellery, do I have to wait?
No – we only sell what we have available for immediate shipment. Typically if a piece sells out it is replaced by a new design until we have it re-stocked. If you like a piece it is best to order now before it sells out.
3. Does O'grace give out any of my personal information?
Please rest assured that your information will not be revealed to anyone. We operate a very strict privacy policy.
4. What happens if I am not satisfied with the goods from O'grace?
We want you to be delighted with the silver jewellery you buy at our online store. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason simply return your purchase to us insured within 14 days and we will happily exchange it.
All we ask is that you send an email informing us that you are returning the goods and return them unused with a copy of the packing slip you received with the shipment. The jewellery should be returned by a similar method it was received. O’grace hold no responsibility for lost mail.
5. I am ordering jewellery as a gift – does it come in a bag?
Yes – each piece is supplied in a handmade free jewelry gift bag – with our compliments! You can also send the jewellery direct to the person the gift is for. Just fill in their details when ordering. If you want to send a message just type it in the comments box while making the payment online. Your message will be delivered along with the gift. You can also send online gift vouchers to friends and loved ones, then you know they can choose exactly what they want from our store.
6. What currencies do you accept?
Prices are shown in Australian dollars, but you can change these to the currency of your choice by clicking the currency converter and pay in the currency of your choice.
7. How do I submit an order?
You submit the order through our shopping cart. When you have finished selecting your pieces and wish to order them we collect your shipping details, email etc. When this is finished you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email from us notifying you of this.
8. Will my jewellery be exactly the same as the picture?
We only supply handmade jewellery and as such each piece is unique and may be slightly different. Every effort is made to show you the most detailed pictures of each jewellery piece and you can click to enlarge them, or show alternative views, and any slight variations are natural and tend to enhance the piece.
